DesignSingapore Council is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager in the Partners division to engage business leaders and promote the strategic use of design for growth. You will collaborate with leading design consultancies and industry thought leaders to develop programmes that help Singapore enterprises adopt design for strategy and transformation.

You will drive outreach, curate content, and build partnerships locally and internationally, reporting to the Assistant Head of the Partners Division.

Qualificações

• Bachelor-level degree or higher with a track record in business development, industry development or design management.
• Strong ability to formulate and implement business strategies.
• Experience in client management within strategic design or public sector programmes.
• Proven experience in events and project management.
• Familiarity with design innovation principles is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Engage business leaders to understand challenges and identify connections, tools and support to drive impact through design.
• Meet design consultancies and industry leaders to learn capabilities and best practices for Singapore.
• Coordinate outreach activities like learning journeys, roundtables and networking sessions for business leaders and design/innovation leads.
• Curate compelling content with design consultancies and thought leaders to amplify design value.
• Develop programmes and initiatives to help organisations use design to grow internal innovation capabilities.
• Review strategies and initiatives regularly and propose improvements or new sectors for adoption.
