Job summary

DesignSingapore Council invites an experienced professional to join the Strategy and Product Innovation Division as a Manager / Senior Manager. You will shape the future of Singapore design by turning research and insights into actionable strategies, collaborating with government and industry to drive impact and growth.

You will work with senior decision-makers to deliver national strategies, co-create priorities, and measure outcomes that strengthen Singapore’s creative economy and societal

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience in strategic planning or corporate planning, ideally in or with the Singapore Government.
• Proven ability to generate and synthesise qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights. Comfortable using Excel for analysis.
• Experience facilitating processes from start to finish to achieve outcomes.
• Strong track record of building effective stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Research and Insights: surface opportunities, risks, and insights that shape strategy.
• Strategic Planning and Implementation: shape direction and drive progress with stakeholders.
• Define success metrics to demonstrate design’s impact and Dsg’s contribution.
