Responsibilities

• Partner with business development to create winning proposals and client narratives
• Engage with clients to translate business challenges into design opportunities
• Lead or support discovery workshops and client conversations
• Apply design thinking, service design, and research to develop blueprints and strategies
• Conduct customer, market, and trend research to uncover insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into value
• Help scope engagements and articulate the business value of design
• Support pitches and new business development activities
