Job summary

DesignSingapore Council is seeking a Manager / Senior Manager, Outreach & Engagement to drive programmes and initiatives that celebrate Singapore's design talents. You will lead collaborations with local and international partners, shape signature events such as the Singapore Design Biennale and the President’s Design Award, and grow community outreach through engaging experiences and showcases.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with 2–8 years in programming, outreach, events management, marketing or project management.
• Strong collaboration and negotiation skills across private and public sectors.
• Team player who can handle challenges, prioritise and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Organised, detail-oriented, hands-on and self-driven with track record delivering projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in procurement, contract management and end-to-end project delivery.

• Lead and support programmes and initiatives for Singapore’s design talent.
• Coordinate Singapore Design Biennale and related festival programmes.
