Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager in Singapore to scale strategic data solutions for fulfillment operations. You will partner with engineers, influence roadmaps, and drive programs that impact customer experience, speed, and carbon metrics.

You will lead cross-functional programs, own key metrics, and collaborate across teams to automate decisions and improve operational excellence within Apple's fulfillment landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a technical/analytical field or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading large cross-functional technical or analytical programs.
• Ability to discover business needs, define problems, extract key info, and propose analytic approaches.
• Proven ability to drive change through influence of teammates, leadership and partners.
• Ability to learn quickly and evaluate complex engineering and analytic issues.

Responsibilities

• Define program strategy and prioritize engineering work aligned to the long-term roadmap vision.
• Communicate program strategy, success metrics, and progress to technical teams and senior leadership.
• Lead cross-functional programs from inception through delivery and monitoring.
• Build partnerships with business and engineering stakeholders across teams to align efforts.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
• Own critical metrics with ML and engineering teams to ensure operational health.
• Dive deep into analytic projects and critical metrics to solve complex challenges.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks in ambiguous environments.
• Operate with autonomy while seeking guidance when needed.
