Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager in Singapore to scale strategic data solutions for fulfillment operations. You will partner with engineers, influence roadmaps, and drive programs that impact customer experience, speed, and carbon metrics.

You will lead cross-functional programs, own key metrics, and collaborate across teams to automate decisions and improve operational excellence within Apple's fulfillment landscape.

Qualifications

Apple's Strategic Data Solutions team is seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager to help scale Apple's Operations in the Fulfillment space. Description

• Define program strategy and drive prioritization of engineering work in alignment with long-term roadmap vision, balancing impact, cost, resourcing, timeline, and risk
• Establish and communicate program strategy, success metrics, and progress to both technicalteams and senior leadership
• Lead cross-functional programs from inception through delivery and ongoing monitoring,maintaining alignment across engineering, business, and operations stakeholders
• Build and maintain partnerships with key business and engineering stakeholders acrossmultiple teams to ensure alignment and drive program outcomes
• Continually identify and drive opportunities for process improvement
• Own and manage business-critical metrics in close partnership with machine learningengineers, ensuring operational health and program performance
• Get into the details on analytical projects and critical metrics; dive deep with the team to solvecomplex challenges
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, bringing structure and clarity to ambiguoussituations with competing priorities
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy, exercising sound judgment and knowing when toescalate or seek guidance

Minimum Qualifications

• BS/MS in any analytical, quantitative, or technical field (engineering, math, computer science,
• finance, analytics, statistics, or similar), or equivalent experience
• Experience structuring and leading large cross-functional technical or analytical programs
• Ability to perform business discovery, simplify and define problems, extract key information,
• and propose innovative analytic approaches - including in areas outside own core expertise
• Proven ability to drive change through positive influence of co-workers, leadership, and
• business partners
• Ability to learn and provide in-depth evaluations of complex engineering and analytic issues
• Skilled at using data to present, advocate for, and prioritize among solutions
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with individuals at all levels and develop
• close partnerships across engineering and business teams
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities, ensure all perspectives are heard, and make sound
• recommendations under ambiguity
