Job summary

First Circle is a fast-growing FinTech delivering financial services to under-served SMEs and building a full-stack neobank with multi-currency accounts, payments, FX, corporate cards, and payroll.

We are seeking a Data Analytics Lead who is a practical problem-solver, comfortable with data, and able to partner with senior leaders to implement changes and drive measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a tech company or fast-paced environment
• At least 1 year of team leadership experience
• Strong structured problem-solving with data and analytics
• Proficiency in SQL; Python preferred
• Ability to translate solutions into tangible business outcomes
• Experience in stakeholder management in dynamic, high-growth environments
• Flexible location arrangements for non-Philippine based candidates

Responsibilities

• Report directly to senior leadership and work on strategic priorities with high exposure to executives
• Limit repetitive work; focus on projects delivering real business impact
• Projects will vary in scope and duration, offering diverse challenges
• Restructure analytics tables for consistency, fast retrieval, and user-friendly metrics creation
• Diagnose sales funnel issues and collaborate with sales on processes, including AI-driven solutions
• Build a churn-prediction model to pre-emptively engage customers at key points
• Conduct price elasticity analyses and design experiments to test hypotheses
• Automate weekly and monthly reporting to surface insights and show the implications
