The role requires 8+ years in analytics, strong leadership, and proficiency in visualization tools, programming, and databases. You will operate in a fast-paced fintech environment emphasizing timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in a quantitative discipline (Math, Statistics, Actuarial, CS, Engineering, Life Sciences)
• 8+ years of industry experience applying advanced analytics
• Experience applying analytical techniques to guide operational improvements and supervising others
• Ability to think abstractly, solve problems and deal with ambiguity
• Strong communication, presentation, project management and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Design and build complex visualisations and analytical models to understand impact of market or operational changes
• Collaborate with operations and functions to prioritise and deliver impactful analytical use cases
• Analyze large volumes of transactional, operational and customer data using proprietary and open source tools
• Contribute to a fast-paced environment where time to market is critical
