The role emphasizes practical problem-solving, execution, and delivering measurable business impact in a fast-growing environment. You will lead a small team, own critical dashboards, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement data-driven decisions that scale across markets,

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a tech company or fast-paced environment with delivering results.
• At least 1 year of experience leading and managing teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with data tools, including SQL; Python preferred.
• Ability to translate solutions into tangible business outcomes and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to Senior Leadership with high exposure to the executive team.
• Focus on project work that delivers real business impact; limited repetitive work.
• Handle diverse projects: analytics table restructuring, funnel optimization, churn prediction, price elasticity experiments, and automation of reports.
