Job summary

ST Engineering is seeking a Service Engagement Manager for Data Analytics to lead presales, delivery, and growth of our analytics offerings. You will advise clients, manage outcomes, and drive architecture direction across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments.

This role focuses on strategic account growth and enterprise data governance. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee project governance, and ensure scalable, secure data solutions that align with enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in a client-facing role with project delivery and business development.
• 7+ years in Enterprise Data Management including BI, data warehousing, and ML.
• Led 3–5 end-to-end data warehouse/data visualization implementations.
• Proven ability to govern architectures and communicate decisions to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data analytics projects within scope, time, and budget.
• Serve as the central liaison between the client and internal delivery teams.
• Provide regular, transparent status updates to clients and leadership.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members.
