Job summary

Network For Electronic Transfers (S) is seeking an IT Security Governance and Assurance Lead to drive cybersecurity governance, risk management and compliance. You will lead a team of GRC specialists, oversee audits and risk assessments, and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements such as MAS/CCOP.

The role requires 10+ years in IT governance, risk, or compliance, and deep knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, IT security standards and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years in IT governance, risk, or compliance management, preferably within financial services or payment systems.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management methodologies, regulatory and legal requirements, and industry practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity governance, risk management and compliance programs across BCS.
• Oversee audits, risk assessments and regulatory compliance with MAS/CCOP.
• Develop security metrics and report to risk committees and external forums.
• Manage a team of Security GRC specialists and coordinate with stakeholders at all levels.
