Job summary

OpenFabric is seeking a Customer Success Manager for Solutions Engineering and Support in Singapore. You will be the trusted advisor guiding enterprise customers through the full lifecycle of using the OpenFabric platform to achieve business outcomes.

Responsibilities include designing and optimizing end-to-end payment solutions, coordinating with product and engineering teams, and driving adoption, expansion, and customer health across strategic accounts.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive customer-facing experience in fintech or financial services technology.
• Experience with enterprise customers and partners, especially in payments ecosystems.
• Strong knowledge of payment networks (Mastercard, Visa, AMEX) and regulatory considerations.
• Ability to design and resolve complex technical integration challenges.
• Proven track record of driving adoption and reducing time-to-value for customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic customer success initiatives with enterprise customers and partners.
• Architect end-to-end payment solution designs integrated with existing systems.
• Provide expert guidance on financial services integration and regulatory requirements.
• Develop technical enablement materials and deliver advanced training.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and mitigate churn risks.
• Conduct regular post go-live reviews and optimize payment solutions.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to translate customer needs into roadmaps.
• Coordinate partnerships with ACS/3DS providers and payment networks.
