Job summary

Open Fabric is seeking an architect/engineering manager to join the early team in Singapore. You will collaborate with founders to define the product and engineering roadmap, architect backend systems, and guide a growing team.

You will design scalable infrastructure to support millions of transactions and drive best-in-class SDLC practices. You will own end-to-end delivery, work with leadership on architectural decisions, and implement automation across CI/CD, testing, and deployment to enable

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent.
7-10 years of development experience.
Experience leading/building a team.
Built and owned multiple modules/services.
Excellent written and verbal communication to a corporate audience.

Responsibilities

Own ideas from inception to execution and drive architectural decisions.
Define product and engineering roadmap with founders.
Design and implement backend functionality and scalable architecture.
Prepare the system to scale to millions of transactions for digital commerce flows.
Architect and implement infrastructure for performance, reliability, and scalability.
Mentor and lead the team towards best SDLC practices.
Design and implement automation across CI/CD, code review, QA, and deployment.
