Singtel is building an AI-first telco with purpose-driven growth. We seek a Customer Marketing Manager to translate marketing priorities into high‑impact customer engagement programs for strategic accounts and senior decision‑makers.

You will connect activation with executive platforms and collaborate with Sales, CST, Enterprise Product and leadership to ensure coordinated engagements and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related discipline.
• 6–9 years in B2B customer marketing, executive engagement, events or stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated customer engagement plans aligned to growth priorities.
• Translate priorities into programmes across priority accounts and sectors.
• Design Executive engagement journeys with thought leadership and capability showcases.
• Lead end‑to‑end planning for events, forums, roundtables and workshops.
• Capture insights and translate them into GTM messaging and future programmes.
• Maintain dashboards, trackers and governance for lead and pipeline outcomes.
