Planet is seeking a Customer Success Manager for Defense & Intelligence to manage and expand relationships with strategic military and governmental agencies across Asia. This is a full-time, remote position based in Singapore; if you are near an office, you may work from it 3 days per week.

You will maximize the value of Planet’s imagery and geospatial solutions, navigating government structures and interagency relationships to drive adoption and impact across government initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with military or government agencies.
• Proven ability to manage complex contracts and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of geospatial data and Planet imagery usage.

• Act as the lead point of contact for high-stakes military and governmental agencies, ensuring value and satisfaction.
• Help customers maximize the value of Planet’s imagery and geospatial solutions within their workflows.
• Navigate interagency relationships and key ministries to drive adoption and impact across government initiatives.
• Own the renewal process and identify opportunities for growth to ensure long-term contract stability.
