Planet is seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager for Defence & Intelligence to manage high-stakes relationships across Asia, guiding government and military customers through contract life cycles and ensuring measurable value from Planet’s geospatial data.

You will align mission needs with Planet solutions, drive adoption, coordinate with product and sales, and travel as needed while working fully remotely from Singapore.

Qualificações

• Experience with Defence Forces or government agencies.
• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing or relevant field.
• Fluent in Mandarin; professional proficiency in English.
• Solid GIS understanding and ability to discuss geospatial concepts.
• Willingness to travel and operate in a remote, international setting.

Responsabilidades

• Manage relationships with strategic military and governmental agencies across Asia.
• Be the main point of contact through the contract lifecycle and ensure value delivery.
• Help customers integrate Planet imagery into their geospatial workflows.
• Drive adoption across government initiatives and interagency collaboration.
• Coordinate with Product, Sales, and Engineering to reflect customer needs and roadmap.
