You will analyze regulatory opportunities, maintain compliance, and actively grow the business through referrals and existing relationships. Strong English, analytical skills, and client-facing excellence are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Law, Business, Accounting, Tax or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in corporate/financial services, preferably with international exposure.
• Familiar with CRS, FATCA, BEPS, GAAR, ESR and related regulations.
• Excellent English language fluency; additional languages preferred.
• Strong commercial mindset with revenue and targets in mind.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent client-facing abilities and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolios of clients and guide corporate services setup and administration.
• Analyze regulations, procedures, and documents relating to clients' legal and fiscal opportunities.
• Grow business through existing clients and client referrals.
• Maintain compliance and ensure Know Your Customer processes are followed.
• Record chargeable time and ensure timely invoicing using internal systems.
