Job summary

AMICORP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is looking for a senior corporate services professional to manage client portfolios, guide on governance, and ensure compliance with applicable laws. You will analyze regulations and grow the business through existing clients and referrals.

The role requires 10+ years in corporate/financial services, strong communication, and solid knowledge of CRS/FATCA/BEPS/GAAR/ ESR. Flexibility in handling multiple entities and signatory oversight will be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Law, Business, Accounting, Tax or related field.
• 10+ years of corporate services or financial services experience, with international exposure.
• Strong knowledge of CRS, FATCA, BEPS, GAAR, ESR and related compliance.
• Excellent client-facing communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage client portfolios and advise on corporate services and governance.
• Analyze regulations, procedures and documents for clients' legal and fiscal opportunities.
• Grow business with existing clients and via referrals.
• Administer client entities and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
• Record chargeable time and manage invoicing and collections.
• Maintain up-to-date client files and adhere to signatory authority.
• Act as director/secretary/nominee in internal or client entities when required.
