Job summary

AMICORP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior Corporate Services professional to manage a portfolio of clients, guiding them on establishing and maintaining corporate structures in compliance with local and international regulations.

You will analyze regulations, liaise with clients, and coordinate through Maconomy for time recording, invoicing, and compliance. The role demands strong client-facing skills and a proactive revenue-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Law, Business, Accounting, Tax
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant corporate services/financial services experience, preferably international
• Familiar with CRS, FATCA, BEPS, GAAR, ESR and related regulations
• Excellent client-facing skills and strong English communication
• International exposure and ability to manage diverse client portfolios

Responsibilities

• Manage client portfolios and guide on corporate services including setting up and administering corporate structures
• Interpret and analyze regulations, procedures and documents for clients' legal and fiscal opportunities
• Grow the business through existing clients and client referrals
• Oversee administration of companies, partnerships, and trusts per applicable laws
• Record chargeable time and value of services using Maconomy for invoicing
• Ensure Know Your Customer compliance and maintain up-to-date client files
