Job summary

OCBC invites you to join its Global Commercial Banking team as a Corporate Insurance Specialist in Singapore. You will serve as a trusted advisor to business owners, partnering closely with Relationship Managers to protect and grow SMEs.

Responsibilities include advising on all Corporate Insurance products, conducting knowledge-sharing for managers, and leading seminars while achieving revenue targets. A degree in Banking and Finance and 3-5 years in Insurance Sales are preferred.

Qualifications

• A good degree in Banking and Finance or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of prior experience in Insurance Sales‑related roles.
• Strong analytical mind and time management skills.
• Willingness to learn broad-based insurance exposure and/or SME banking experience.
• Mature and confident with the ability to engage in client meetings.
• Coaching, mentoring and team management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide advisory services on Corporate Insurance products under Global Commercial Banking.
• Lead sharing sessions for Corporate Relationship Managers on Introducers for Corporate Insurance.
• Conduct seminars and joint appointments as required.
• Manage daily client meetings including pre- and post-discussion.
• Aim to achieve revenue targets set by management.
