Job summary

OCBC Bank, Singapore’s long-established bank, seeks a Corporate Insurance Specialist within the Global Commercial Banking team to advise SMEs on corporate insurance products and work closely with Relationship Managers. You will help protect and grow client businesses while meeting revenue targets.

The role requires a degree in Banking/Finance or equivalent and 3–5 years in Insurance Sales-related roles, with strong analytical and time-management skills. Coaching experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• A good degree in Banking and Finance or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of prior experience in Insurance Sales-related roles.
• Strong analytical mind and time management skills.
• Must have or willing to learn a broad-based insurance-related exposure and/or SME banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide advisory services on all Corporate Insurance products under Global Commercial Banking.
• Share knowledge with Corporate Relationship Managers/Leaders on Introducers for Corporate Insurance products.
• Conduct seminars and trainings as required.
• Attend daily joint appointments including pre- and post-discussion after the appointment.
• Achieve revenue targets set out by management.
