Job summary

Talent Trader Group is seeking a seasoned Corporate Affairs and Communications professional to lead branding, website, LinkedIn, investor communications, and media relations for our client base in the built environment sector.

You will drive internal communications, employee engagement, and change communications, while coordinating sustainability, ESG initiatives, and corporate campaigns with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Min 4 years of relevant experience in corporate affairs or communications, preferably in construction/engineering.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, stakeholder management and agency management skills.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate affairs and communications activities, including corporate branding, website, LinkedIn, public relations, investor communications, industry memberships, government engagement, and media relations.
• Drive internal communications and employee engagement initiatives, including town halls, company culture programmes, CS Ractivities, newsletters, change communications, and stakeholder engagement events.
• Develop and maintain corporate credentials, tender materials, capability statements, case studies, and presentations, while supporting priority bids with writing, messaging, and design input.
• Coordinate corporate sustainability, ESG, grants, safety campaigns, and award submissions with Finance, HR, WSH, Project, and Tender teams.
• Manage external agencies, corporate communications budgets, crisis communications, and cross-functional projects while ensuring consistent corporate messaging and brand standards.
