Zhongnan International (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee the full contract lifecycle on a curtain wall/facade project in Singapore.

You will handle contract administration, cost control, QS functions, variations, claims and coordination with the client, consultants and subcontractors. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management, has at least seven years in construction contract administration, and is proficient in

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in construction contract administration and commercial management.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, subcontract administration, variations, claims and EOT matters.
• Experience with major building or large-scale construction projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin.

Responsabilités

• Manage administration and commercial aspects of main and subcontracts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and interpret contract conditions, drawings, and other contractual documents.
• Monitor obligations, notices, timelines and milestones.
• Manage variations, claims, EOT submissions and other contractual matters.
• Prepare, review and evaluate contractual correspondence and supporting documents.
• Liaise with client, consultants, QS, subcontractors and suppliers on contractual matters.
