ZHONGNAN INTERNATIONAL (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Contract Manager to oversee the full contract lifecycle for a curtain wall/facade project in Singapore.

You will lead contract administration, cost management, QS functions, variation and claims management, and subcontractor commercial activities. The role requires strong knowledge of Singapore construction practices, superb negotiation skills, and fluency in English and Mandarin.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Contract Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in construction contract administration and commercial management.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, subcontract administration, variations, claims and EOT matters.
• Experience with major building or large-scale construction projects.
• Experience in negotiating subcontractor claims, variations and payment matters.
• Knowledge of Singapore construction practices and contractual requirements.

Aufgaben

• Manage the administration and commercial aspects of main and subcontract agreements through the project lifecycle.
• Review contract conditions, specifications, drawings, bills of quantities and other documents.
• Monitor obligations, deliverables, notices, timelines and milestones.
• Handle variations, claims, EOT submissions and other contractual matters.
• Prepare and evaluate correspondences, notices, claims, and supporting docs.
• Coordinate with client, consultants, QS, subcontractors and suppliers on contractual matters.
• Identify risks and advise senior management on mitigation.
• Maintain records of variations, notices, correspondence and agreements.
