Job summary

CBRE Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to drive sustainable financial growth by owning the financial strategy, controls and management information for the contract group.

The role focuses on developing client relationships, partnering with management, and delivering accurate reporting while supporting transformation initiatives and governance across CBRE contracts.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accountancy or a relevant field.
• Chartered Accountant qualification will have an added advantage.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Proven commercial acumen and ability to contribute to decision making.
• Well developed communication skills across levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop high quality Client relationships across contracts.
• Partner with account management team and client members as a business partner.
• Liaise with CBRE Finance, Controllership, BSO or FP&A for ad hoc requests.
• Work with BU F&CSM and People Team on bonus and annual salary review.
• Manage contract governance ensuring costs are accurately accounted for.
• Support transformation initiatives and align deliverables with outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
