OAKTREE CONSULTING in Singapore is seeking a driven sales professional to develop new business in Construction and Industrial sectors. You will own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and will manage key accounts to exceed monthly revenue targets.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of B2B sales experience in industrial or technical sectors and are willing to travel overseas as required. Join a dynamic team focused on growth and client success.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a relevant industry.
• Background in industrial, construction, equipment or technical B2B sales is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with hydraulic hoses or fluid connectors is a bonus, but not essential.
• Willingness to travel overseas when required.

Responsabilités

• Develop new business in the Construction and Industrial sectors by finding and qualifying opportunities
• Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, site assessments, technical consultations, proposals, negotiations and closing
• Hit and consistently exceed monthly revenue targets
• Grow existing accounts through strategic account planning and strong client relationships
• Recommend the right products and solutions based on each customer's application and site conditions
• Work closely with the operations and service teams to ensure on-time delivery and reliable after-sales support
• Manage accounts receivable and make sure payments are collected on agreed terms
• Track market trends, competitor activity and the sales pipeline, and report regularly to senior management
• Travel overseas when needed to support and expand the regional customer base
