TALENTVIS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Communications and Stakeholder Engagement professional to support industry initiatives. The role involves managing media relations, social and digital communications, and collaboration with member companies and regulators.

Responsibilities include coordinating industry surveys, reports, and publications, plus providing secretariat support for committees. A strong background in communications and project coordination is essential for success in this role.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Insurance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in communications, public relations, marketing, insurance, or a related field.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, or regulatory-related work.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Manage media relations, press releases, communications materials, and events.
• Oversee social media and digital communications to enhance industry and consumer outreach.
• Work with external PR consultants and member companies on communications initiatives.
• Liaise with member companies, regulators, government agencies, and other organisations.
• Coordinate industry initiatives, surveys, and information gathering.
• Support the preparation of industry reports, presentations, and publications.
• Provide secretariat support for committees and working groups.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, papers, minutes, and follow-up actions.
• Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information appropriately.
• Keep up to date with relevant industry developments, regulations, policies, and guidelines.
• Support other projects and initiatives as required.
