RSM STONE FOREST ACCOUNTSERVE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a hands-on Senior Trade Operations Executive to lead the end-to-end execution of physical commodity trades and structured trade finance.

You will bridge commercial deal execution with logistics, banking partners, and finance, ensuring timely documents, vessel scheduling, and compliant transactions across the post-deal lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Hands-on trade operations experience in physical trading or trade finance.
• Familiarity with Incoterms 2020, shipping documentation, and banking standards (UCP600/ISBP).
• Ability to manage end-to-end post-deal execution and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage full post-deal execution lifecycle for physical trades and import/export.
• Coordinate with shipbrokers, chartering desks, freight forwarders, surveyors and warehouses for vessel scheduling.
• Prepare and review shipping documents (B/Ls, Certificates of Origin, Certificates), monitor shipments and resolve bottlenecks.
• Review structured trade finance facilities, negotiate with banks, ensure timely issuances and settlements.
• Issue invoices, calculate laytime, demurrage, and reconcile trade P&L against budget.
