• Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in collection or related operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
• Proficient presentation skills to convey information clearly and persuasively.
• Meticulous interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and build client rapport.
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead collection management activities to achieve operational targets and maximize recoveries
• Manage and execute collection projects aligned with strategic objectives to enhance business outcomes
• Conduct performance reviews to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements and operational standards
• Collaborate with management to plan and implement effective collection policies and strategies
• Oversee operational processes and monitor performance metrics to drive continuous improvements
• Identify and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Manage staff training, deployment, and performance assessments to build a high-performing team
• Ensure full compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all collection operations
• Develop and maintain strong, professional client relationships to support service excellence
• Execute ad hoc duties and projects as assigned to meet evolving business needs
