Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, healthcare, or administrative roles is preferred.
• Ability to plan and implement clinical services and programmes.
• Strong coordination and communication across teams and departments.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Service Planning & Implementation of services, coordinating across wards, theatres and clinics.
• Project and Programme Management with secretariat support and cross-functional collaboration.
• Monitoring and reporting of performance metrics and KPIs, ensuring timely submissions.
• Staff Leadership and Management: direct staff, drive engagement and continuous improvement.
• Other assignments as assigned by supervisor or HOD.
