Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in business or related discipline.
• CFA designation would be an advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of specialized investment/asset management experience across end-to-end investment control lifecycle with client servicing exposure.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Experience leading stakeholder discussions and cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead institutional client relationships and act as trusted investment contact.
• Translate client requirements into practical portfolio solutions with Front Office teams.
• Deliver proactive, high-quality day-to-day client service and manage complex matters to resolution.
• Coordinate front-to-back teams during transitions and implementations.
• Engage senior stakeholders with clear, nuanced communications on portfolios and strategy.
