Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a Client Development Partner to embed trusted legal AI into daily practice for leading law firms. You will engage with partners and practice leaders to secure support for Protégé adoption, and you will drive pre‑ and post‑sale activities to ensure successful outcomes in Singapore or Kuala Lumpur.

You will lead demonstrations, develop firm‑specific materials with marketing and strategy, and collaborate with product teams to tailor solutions that deliver

Qualifications

• Legally trained professional (lawyer background) is required.
• 5 years’ experience as a practicing lawyer is preferred, with pre‑sales and post‑sales background.
• Experience from large law firms or in‑house corporate legal is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Research prospects with Relationship Managers to build senior relationships and pursue new business opportunities (pre‑sales).
• Engage firm leadership to position LexisNexis as trusted partner in innovation (pre/post‑sales).
• Analyze attorney workflows to identify AI/automation opportunities improving client outcomes and ROI.
• Lead high‑impact demonstrations and presentations translating workflow insights into tangible outcomes.
• Collaborate with marketing and strategy to create firm‑specific materials and programs.
• Drive deal progression by aligning stakeholders and addressing objections with account executives.
• Capture customer insights in CRM and feed learnings back to the business.
