Job summary

Cboe Data Vantage is hiring a Relationship Manager in its Client Experience group to own a tiered portfolio of Data Vantage clients. You will drive retention, expansion, and long-term success across market data, index, and analytics product lines as the primary post-sale contact.

You will collaborate with Sales to identify expansion leads, monitor usage, and ensure timely renewals while advocating for the client across Product, Technology, and Ops teams.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in an account management, client success, or relationship management role within financial services.
• Experience with index, market data, and/or options products is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own a dedicated book of Data Vantage client accounts, driving retention and expansion.
• Manage renewals proactively and surface expansion opportunities with Sales.
• Track usage, surface insights on product adoption, and coordinate across teams.
• Maintain CRM discipline, monitor at-risk accounts, and report portfolio metrics.
• Lead client touchpoints, quarterly business reviews, and onboarding support.
