Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Business, Sales, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Experience in sales, business development or commercial management in civil construction is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities in civil construction, precast concrete and related works.
• Establish strong relationships with potential clients, developers, main contractors and consultants.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, tenders and commercial submissions with relevant departments.
• Lead negotiations on pricing, contract terms and project requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, project management and operations teams to develop solutions.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities.
• Manage sales pipeline and maintain records of interactions.
• Align project commitments with customer expectations and commercial objectives.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Maintain long-term client relationships and seek repeat business.
