Job summary

Pryon International in Singapore is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales activities in the construction and fabrication sectors, develop new business opportunities, and strengthen relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, and existing clients.

You will manage a sales team, prepare quotations and proposals, oversee the sales pipeline and forecasts, coordinate with Production and Project teams to ensure timely delivery, and coach staff to exceed targets while

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales leadership or management experience in B2B environments.
• Experience in construction materials, fabrication, or related industries is a plus.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and growing accounts.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills; able to coordinate with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to meet monthly and annual targets.
• Develop sales strategies and identify new business opportunities and clients.
• Build relationships with contractors, developers, consultants and existing clients.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders, and sales contracts.
• Oversee the sales pipeline, forecasts, and order conversions.
• Coordinate with Production, Operations, and Project teams for delivery.
• Monitor collections and coordinate with Accounts on outstanding payments.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitors; report to Management.
• Coach and motivate the sales staff to improve performance and service.
