Job summary

LITEC ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. seeks a seasoned civil/structural engineer to oversee project execution on-site in Singapore.

The role emphasizes independent work, meticulous record-keeping, and coordination across multiple stakeholders to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications. Candidates should have a degree in Engineering with at least five years of relevant experience, strong problem-solving ability, and proficiency in Revit and Tekla.

Qualifications

Requires degree or postgraduate master’s in Engineering (Civil or Structural) recognised by PE/ SIT/ NUS/ NTU/ SUTD or approved institution.
Minimum 5 years of project environment experience with at least one completed project.
Ability to work independently and possess strong problem-solving skills.
Superior knowledge of civil, structural, or architectural engineering plans, drawings, specifications and schematics for mechanical and plumbing trades.

Responsibilities

Maintain inspection records of works, materials and all completed works.
Track variations and contract cost impacts; report to the Project Director.
Implement cost control measures to meet project budget.
Coordinate site activities with all concerned parties and resolve site issues.
Plan and schedule construction operations according to the Project Management Plan.
Liaise with consultants on design analysis, design checks and on-site technical issues.
