Job summary

SingHealth in Singapore is seeking a Senior Executive to support the JOAM in developing and implementing strategic initiatives across the SingHealth Duke-NUS Academic Medical Centre. You will coordinate governance platforms, manage projects, prepare minutes, and support reporting.

You will work with SingHealth, Duke-NUS, and Duke Health, conduct data analysis using BI tools, assist annual work planning, ACP cycles, and drive process improvements while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years of healthcare/education/research/strategic planning experience with project coordination.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and collaboration under deadlines.
• Meticulous and proactive with ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate strategic projects, manage resource allocation, and monitor timelines.
• Provide governance support for Academic Council and AM Coordination meetings.
• Develop JOAM annual work plan and ACP planning cycle with cross‑functional teams.
• Support process improvements and ad hoc strategic assignments as needed.
