Job summary

Prudential Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to manage a portfolio of High Net Worth proposals, oversee submission and issuance, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

You will lead a small team, set priorities, report KPIs, and liaise with underwriters across pre- and post-issuance processes, ensuring smooth new business handling. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in relevant roles, a business degree, and strong Excel and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and setting priorities for the team.
• Analyze and solve problems without clear precedence.
• Acts as a resource for colleagues to provide expertise advice/coaching.
• Manage High Net Worth portfolio of new proposals including tracking of submission and issuance.
• Regular reporting to management on the team's key performance indicators.
• Liaison between distribution channels and underwriters on pre-issuance and post-issuance transactions as well as enquiries.
• Work closely with relevant department on all new business matters relating to High-Net-Worth policies.
