Job summary

STMicroelectronics Asia Pacific Pte Ltd is seeking a Strategic Industrial Engineer (Automation) to deliver reliable data and digital tools for daily capacity decisions and strategic planning across the fab.

You will improve dashboards, automate data collection from MES and manufacturing systems, and develop capacity planning standards. Strong analytical, coordination, and project management skills are essential to drive productivity and capacity efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant semiconductor industry experience in industrial engineering or project management.
• Extensive knowledge of Excel, Office, Power BI and Python.
• Excellent coordination, organization, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Improve dashboard reporting and analytics to support factory operations.
• Automate data collection from MES and manufacturing systems.
• Develop Capacity Planning Standards & Procedures.
• Ensure capacity database integrity and process governance.
• Lead programs related to capacity increase and equipment efficiency.
