Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd. is seeking a data analytics/reporting professional to prepare and analyse business performance and sales reports. You will develop dashboards and automation using Excel, Power BI, and Power Automate, while ensuring accurate data for budgeting and governance processes.

The role involves collaboration with Finance, Business Development and internal stakeholders to support planning and ensure regulatory compliance in a Singapore-based environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in business reporting, management information reporting or data analytics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI and Power Automate.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse business performance, sales and management reports to support business planning and decision making.
• Maintain distribution compensation records and support compensation reporting, incentive administration and financing schemes.
• Develop and enhance dashboards, reporting processes and automation solutions using Excel, Power BI and Power Automate.
• Perform data extraction, validation and analysis to ensure timely and accurate reporting for internal stakeholders.
• Support budgeting, performance analysis, system testing and reporting process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Finance and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal governance requirements.
