Job summary

AIA SINGAPORE PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an analytics professional to support end-to-end analytics initiatives. You will work with Strategic Analytics, Data Science, and stakeholders to extract, transform, and explore data, then build dashboards and reports to drive business decisions.

The role requires strong SQL and Tableau skills, experience with Python or R, and the ability to translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations in a banking/insurance context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Actuarial, Statistics, Operations Research, Engineering or related quantitative disciplines.
• Approximately 5-10 years of experience in analytics functions like Data Science, BI, market research or insights analysis.
• Experience in Banking, Insurance or Healthcare sectors is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end analytics initiatives with stakeholders across Strategic Analytics and Data Science.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and EDA on large datasets.
• Develop dashboards and reporting solutions to aid decision-making and monitoring.
• Translate findings into clear, actionable insights for business partners.
• Collaborate to prepare datasets, validate outputs and operationalize analytics solutions.
