Job summary

REVUP PROSERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to deliver actionable insights through data visualization and analytics. You will develop Power BI and Tableau dashboards, analyze key metrics, and support cross‑functional teams with data‑driven recommendations.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into user‑friendly dashboards, leveraging BI tools and AI technologies to improve efficiency and business performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with 1-3 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data manipulation and analysis.
Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or other Business Intelligence tools.
Knowledge of ERP or CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) will be an added advantage.
Analytical mindset with excellent problem‑solving skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Power BI/Tableau dashboards for commercial performance reporting.
Analyze key business metrics including sales performance, pipeline health, conversion rates, and business trends.
Perform data validation, cleansing, and maintenance to ensure reporting accuracy.
Support commercial teams by providing data‑driven insights and recommendations.
Analyze marketing campaigns, customer segments, and market performance.
Identify reporting gaps and recommend process improvements.
Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into user‑friendly dashboards.
Leverage BI tools and AI technologies to improve reporting efficiency.
