Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior business development professional to drive market expansion in Asia. You will identify opportunities, secure partnerships, and lead initiatives to grow new revenue streams and profitability.

You will manage key accounts, negotiate with senior client stakeholders, and collaborate with the Asia Director to refine budgeting and strategy as part of a holistic sales and marketing plan.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Logistics.
• At least 3 years in supply chain/3PL.
• Expertise in Key Accounts Management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage relationships, build rapport, and negotiate with senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Drive market expansion by identifying and securing partnerships.
• Meet business development targets to maximize profitability.
• Generate new revenue streams impacting company performance.
• Provide informed recommendations to establish new ventures.
• Cultivate sales relationships with new and prospective clients.
