Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) in Singapore is seeking a proactive professional to support planning, budgeting, reporting and data management functions. You will oversee budget performance, prepare monthly/quarterly management reports and coordinate cross-divisional inputs to ensure timely governance and informed decision-making.

The role requires a degree in any discipline with 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and a results-driven, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline and 3–5 years of relevant experience in planning, budgeting, reporting or related functions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources into meaningful insights.
• Proven ability to coordinate across stakeholders and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of budgeting, financial tracking or governance processes would be an advantage.
• Self-driven, adaptable and able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budget performance at Group, Division and programme levels, including forecasting, monitoring fund utilisation, and preparing expenditure reports.
• Coordinate the collation and preparation of monthly reports and quarterly trackers for management review, highlighting trends, risks and issues.
• Oversee tracking and management of data incidents and data requests, ensuring records are accurate and actions are followed up.
• Monitor and coordinate multiple cross-divisional projects and timelines to align with organisational goals and workplan outcomes.
• Work with divisions to coordinate inputs, ensure submission consistency and support planning and governance processes across Group.
• Drive continuous improvements to internal reporting and budgeting processes to enhance efficiency and enable better decision-making.
