Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore seeks a Senior/Executive/Engineer in Asset Management - Data Strategy & System to lead data governance initiatives and establish data management frameworks for asset data across the rail network. You will work with rail operators, contractors and manufacturers to enforce data standards and improve data quality.

The role requires strong communication, writing and analytical skills, plus the ability to collaborate across disciplines and work independently

Qualifications

• Knowledge of data governance frameworks and data management best practices.
• Strong writing, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work in cross-disciplinary teams and independently.
• Experience with asset management data, systems or related software is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Drive data governance initiatives and establish data management frameworks for asset data.
• Ensure data quality, consistency and regulatory compliance across the rail network.
• Review technical submissions and participate in installation, testing and commissioning of asset data systems.
