Responsibilities

• Jointly manage and coordinate the annual organisational budget process, ensuring timely completion and alignment with corporate priorities.
• Partner with departments to guide budget justification, correct coding, and appropriate use of funds in line with financial policies.
• Ensure robust OPEX oversight by monitoring budget performance, managing variances, and delivering tracking and reporting that supports policy and operational decisions.
• Support budget reallocation and virement exercises to ensure optimal utilisation of resources.
• Take on ad hoc duties relevant to department needs.
