Public Service Division invites applications for a Finance Manager (9-month contract) in the Financial Planning Section. You will spearhead the annual budget process and partner with departments to justify budgets, ensuring proper fund usage and alignment with policies.

You will oversee OPEX, monitor performance, and deliver tracking reports to support policy and operational decisions, while assisting with budget reallocations and ad hoc duties as required.
