Job summary

DADACONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. seeks a discovery-driven Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders, UX designers, and engineering teams in Singapore.

You will own the end-to-end requirements journey—from ambiguous briefs to structured specifications—ensuring digital solutions are technically sound and user-centric. You will translate complex needs into clear functional and technical specifications, facilitate workshops, support UAT, and contribute to Agile ceremonies to drive product outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 2+ years as Business Analyst or similar, translating problems to roadmaps.
• Solid knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like JIRA, Confluence, Miro or FigJam.
• Experience in QA or functional testing including manual testing and UAT coordination.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management with clear communication.
• Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or IIBA-AAC are a bonus.
• UX/UI tools like Figma are a plus.
• Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or k6 is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Create Business Requirements Documents covering functional and non-functional needs for delivery teams.
• Apply Design Thinking to reframe problems and guide ideation, prototyping, and testing.
• Lead stakeholder workshops to surface needs, define scope, and resolve priorities.
• Conduct gap analyses to support change management and user adoption of new initiatives.
• Lead and coordinate UAT, develop test scenarios, and collaborate with QA on performance testing.
• Act as liaison across Solution Architects, developers, UX/UI designers, and project managers.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and manage product backlogs.
