AlwaysHired Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to join our interior design team in Singapore. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the Director in strategic growth initiatives.

You will secure meetings with clients, deliver compelling presentations, prepare proposals, quotations, and budgets, and coordinate with design and technical teams to tailor solutions for client needs.

Formación

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Business Development or Sales.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively identify and pursue new business leads through marketing strategies and networking.
• Secure meetings with clients or consultants, deliver presentations, and introduce the company’s products and services.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and budgets independently.
• Coordinate with technical and design departments to deliver tailored proposals meeting client requirements.
• Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, conferences, and other events.
• Manage the full tender process: sourcing, costing, pricing strategies, and timely submissions.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of quotations or tenders in line with client/consultant timelines.
