Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Demonstrated experience using applicant tracking systems and modern recruitment tools and platforms.
• Willingness to travel minimally to career fairs and other Olympus locations as needed.
• In addition to fluency in English, fluency in another Asian language is preferred (e.g., Korean/Thai/Vietnamese).

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to lead recruitment strategy sessions and define successful hiring profiles for roles in Endoscopy and Therapeutics.
• Conduct sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection for a broad range of roles across Olympus APAC.
• Present qualified and diverse candidate slates and provide proactive status updates with insights and metrics.
• Develop and maintain a diverse talent pipeline within MedTech, including leadership roles.
• Identify new sourcing channels and access hard-to-reach and passive candidates.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition colleagues to build pipelines and coach team members.
• Balance speed with compliance, aligning with Inclusion commitments and regulations.
• Lead offer discussions and manage pre-employment screening and onboarding processes.
